ICS is proud to be the only Round Square school in Zurich. Our membership in this global community enables our students to make a difference in the lives of others but also to develop a deeper understanding of themselves as compassionate, capable and globally minded individuals.

Round Square is an internationally diverse network of 250+ like-minded schools across six continents, connecting and collaborating to offer world class programmes and experiences that develop global competence, character and confidence. At ICS, this philosophy is not simply an addition to academic learning , it is embedded in the way our students experience school life every day.

As an international school, we actively encourage students to voice their opinions, share their ideas and build meaningful relationships with peers from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Partnerships and Community Engagement

Through these opportunities, students learn to lead with confidence, organise events, engage their community and make a tangible impact. Partnership with organisations such as Zharity, Street Kids Direct and Sozialwerk Pfarrer Sieber, as well as collaboration with the Parents’ Association during community events, further strengthen students understanding of service and responsibility.

Round Square Exchanges

Round Square exchanges offer the opportunity to experience new cultures and create an international mindedness mindset that will allow our students to strive in the global world. Since, 2010 our commitment to the Round Square programme has had more than 100 exchanges with students around the world including countries such as South Africa, Germany, USA, Australia, Singapore, Japan and Argentina.
