Before and After School Care
The ICS Before and After School Care Programme offers child care services to children from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 5 before school begins and after school.
Children enjoy organised activities led by a teacher and supported by a team of teaching assistants. The programme is available Monday through Friday.
The Before School Care Programme offers families child care from 07:30 onwards. A healthy, nutritious breakfast is included in the daily CHF 15 cost. Children enjoy quiet activities and are brought to their classroom for registration at 08:25.
The After School Care Programme runs from 15:15 to 17:30, with flexible pick-up time until 18:00. The programme offers different learning opportunities each week, including visits to the forest, sports activities and creative explorations. Additionally, space is available for students to work on independent learning, receive support for home learning, read books, and enjoy small group activities. A nutritious afternoon snack is also included in the daily CHF 30 cost.
These programmes are held in the dedicated Before and After School Care space which provides a comfortable and cosy spot to enjoy the before school and after school activities. The school's gym, dance studio and outdoor spaces, including the ICS Research Garden are also available for the children to use and explore with their teacher.
