There's a lot going on around the ICS Campus this summer while our students and staff are away!
DSC entry refurbishment, artificial turf, a temporary gym, redesigned welcome areas and a new Primary Hall Atrium are just some of the enhancement projects going on at ICS while our students and staff enjoy their long break this summer.
The projects started immediately after students left ICS and right now our campus is a bustling workplace for various remodelling, construction and excavation teams working both indoors and outside during June, July and early August to get everything ready for the first day of school on Wednesday 16 August.
The weather has been most cooperative! Blue skies and bright sunshine have provided perfect conditions for the outdoor construction crews to work efficiently and remain on schedule. Indoors, existing spaces are being optimised and upgraded, painting and carpentry work is well underway, sound and lighting systems are being replaced and new classroom furniture will be brought in to the Science labs, student areas and the Staff room.
As the enhancement projects continue, construction and renovation teams, together with members of the ICS administrative staff, are working on a tight schedule all around our campus to insure that all the "works in progress" are completed on time and ready for students and staff to enjoy when classes resume in August.
