Founded in 1960, ICS is the oldest international school and the only one in Zurich to offer the full IB Programme.

For 65 years, ICS has brought together students and families from around the world, creating a truly international community in which every child is known, valued, and encouraged to grow. As a full IB World School, we offer an education that combines academic challenge with curiosity, creativity, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
This year marks an exciting new chapter for our school with the opening of our Campus Extension. From dedicated spaces for music and visual arts to our new learning and community areas, the extension gives our students even more opportunities to explore their interests, collaborate with others, and bring their ideas to life.

At ICS we teach students from Nursery to Grade 12 in a dynamic environment that celebrates self-discovery, global perspective, and deep-rooted community. Our approach is grounded in kindness, integrity, and respect - values that are embedded in the everyday rhythms of school life.
Nestled in the landscape of Canton Zurich, our campus and surroundings serve as a living classroom. From our pioneering Waldkinder programme to outdoor learning experiences across all ages, ICS connects education with the real world in meaningful, hands-on ways.
