Student Life
Pursue Your Passion
At ICS, we believe that meaningful learning happens both in and beyond the classroom. Student Life plays a vital role in supporting the whole child by offering experiences that build confidence, character, and a strong sense of belonging.

Student Life Programmes
The school fosters an environment where learners express themselves through co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities which allow for growth, the discovery of passion, and the development of transferable skills and an enhanced sense of identity.

Athletics
At ICS, we recognise the importance of physical activity in a student’s life and offer a comprehensive athletics programme. In Primary School, the programme welcomes all students, while in Middle School it remains inclusive as students begin to develop a competitive edge. In Senior School, our junior varsity and varsity programmes are more competitive, with committed students selected to represent the school.

Extra-Curricular Activities
After School Clubs are a great extension of the classroom curriculum. Students can use them for additional support in a topic or to build expertise in a skill they already know well. Through extra-curricular activities, our students explore new interests and form strong bonds with classmates. These activities support academic performance by developing skills in time management, organisation, leadership, and responsibility.

Field Trips and Experiential Learning
Residential field trips at ICS extend learning beyond the classroom through meaningful, hands-on experiences that connect learning to the real world. Across all school levels, students develop academic understanding alongside independence, collaboration, and resilience in inspiring natural and cultural settings. Aligned with the IB philosophy and guided by a strong culture of care, these shared experiences foster intercultural awareness, environmental responsibility, and a sense of belonging.

Theatre Arts
Theatre at ICS fosters creativity, collaboration, and a deep appreciation for the performing arts. Through classroom learning, productions, workshops, and trips, our students gain confidence, develop essential life skills, and engage with the wider artistic world. Our Performing Arts Department offers students of all ages the chance to explore and develop their passion for theatre. From acting to directing, set design to technical theatre, there’s a role for everyone in our dynamic and inclusive programme.
