Declaration Form - Campus entry

ICS Inter-Community School Zurich is taking a highly precautionary approach to manage the spread of COVID-19, which is in line with the latest national and local health advice.

As part of this approach, we are restricting visits to our campuses where the purpose of the visit is not considered essential for the ongoing operation of the school.

If the visit is considered essential, we ask each visitor to confirm the following before they can enter the campus:
As of 6 July, travellers entering Switzerland from certain regions must spend ten days in quarantine. The list of countries and regions with a high risk of infection can be found in the Covid-19 Ordinance on International Passenger Transport Measures⁴. This list is updated continuously. Please note that children arriving in Switzerland from a country or area with a high risk of infection must also spend 10 days in quarantine.​​​​​​​​​​​

¹ Casual contact is having been face-to-face for less than 15 minutes, or in the same closed space for less than two hours, with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 when that person was infectious.

² Close contact is having been face-to-face for at least 15 minutes or been in the same closed space for at least two hours, with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 when that person was infectious.
