DIPLOMA STUDIES
Top university admission
Rigorous academics and a comprehensive University counselling programme open the doors for our students to universities around the world.
Diploma Studies at ICS is comprised of Grades 11-12 and ages 16-18
In Grades 11 and 12, ICS offers different paths for students, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. Students can enrol in and complete the Programme either at full Diploma or individual Courses level. Our teachers and career counsellors ensure that each student is ready for the next steps in university and career.
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme
Students following the IB Diploma Programme choose six courses to study, three at Higher Level and three at Standard Level.
Students must choose one subject from six groups - (Language & Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals & Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, and the Arts). This ensures a breadth of study across languages, social studies, the experimental sciences and mathematics.
How universities recognise the IB Diploma
A key consideration in choosing IB Diploma Programme courses is whether they fit the entry requirements for programmes students may want to study at university.
