During last week’s autumn break, ICS offered students from Nursery through Grade 10 complimentary virtual extra-curricular activities.
Following the very successful run of additional virtual extra-curricular activities offered by ICS during spring break of the last school year, our trusted external providers were once again recruited to offer our students a range of extra-curricular courses during this year’s autumn break.
Our Nursery, Preschool and Primary students participated in Chinese Culture, Visual Art, “Move Through”, Drawing, and Just Dance courses. In addition, Primary students in Grades 1-5 took part in Mindfulness courses, learning about managing friendships and conflict.
Two groups of Grades 3-5 students took Minecraft courses and a group of Grade 9 -10 students joined an AppLab course.
The virtual autumn break activities were provided by ICS at no cost and helped students develop their creative thinking, flexibility, agility and self-reflection skills while learning a new skill, exploring an interest or simply enriching their curricular programme.
We would like to thank our Preschool, Primary and Secondary students for their enthusiastic and lively participation in all of last week’s virtual extra-curricular activities.
