Athletics (Track & Field)
The Athletics (Track & Field) programme focuses on improving students' short and long-distance running styles, throwing capabilities, long- and high-jump skills and hurdling ability. The coaches build on the core strength and fitness in order to enhance students' improvement and success.
Our Athletics programme begins in Primary for Grades 3-5: this group trains once a week and takes part in several meets in the spring season.
The Middle School / High School teams train 2-3 times a week and participate in both local and international meets.
