Family Access Module (FAM)
In the Family Access Module (FAM), families can see and update the information the school holds on them and their child/ren. This includes
- Students' class timetables, attendance records, reports and health & insurance details.
- Parents' contact details and employment information.
All parents have FAM accounts. New parents will have FAM accounts active as from 5 August 2016. Grades 6-12 students also have FAM accounts. (So if they lose their class schedule, for example, they can see it online.)
School forms online
There are also online forms on FAM, including the Student Health Form. We ask parents to complete a health form every year for each of their children so we have up-to-date information about any allergies, health problems or medical conditions they have. Forms for the new school year will be available to complete/update as from 5 August 2016.
ICS Family Directory
FAM includes a Family Directory. As a default, it shows only the names and grades of ICS students and the names of their parents. Families who would like to share more details - such as address, email or phone numbers - can do so. Just un-tick the 'DNP' ('Do Not Publish') box right beside the relevant information.
